Oh hi there! First posts are always a teensy bit awkward I find, so let's get this one out the way. I am an absolute porker. I love eating, love talking about food, love writing about food...so I thought, why not start a food blog? Now trust me, this isn't going to be a pretentious thing. It's not going to be me going to fancy restaurants and writing about the most expensive thing on the menu. It's just gong to be me talking about what I've eaten. Or what I'm going to eat. Or what I'd like to eat. You'll hear lots of talk about goat's cheese. I do love goat's cheese. You'll hear things that will astound you - tonight I ate a WHOLE pumpkin filled pasta bake with chicken and white sauce and goat's cheese (cough) and still had room for a Cadbury's Creme Egg. You'll hear about my famous risottos and maybe even see a few pictures. It's going to be fantastic. So fellow foodies gather round, this is about to get tasty...

I'm Holly, by the way! I'm 22, live in the beautiful city of Bath and want to be a writer, amongst many other things (professional cheese and wine taster, wedding planner, hat designer...) At the moment, I'm attempting to sort my life out but in the meantime, earn my pennies by selling stationery. I live in a pretty maisonette with my lovely friend Beth and am happily loved up with my rockstar boyf. I love floral dresses, brogues, fiddling around in Paint Shop Pro and taking photographs. I hate bad spelling, grumpy people and being cold.
